Damaged Items
Ceramics are fragile, and while we package items securely, damage can occasionally occur during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved
If approved, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement (if available)

A refund (full or partial, depending on the situation)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom or commissioned pieces

Sale or discounted items

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
